    Respite Care

Caring for a loved one with special needs can be both rewarding and demanding. Our Respite Care services give families the opportunity to rest and recharge while ensuring their loved one receives safe, engaging support. Whether for a few hours or an extended period, our team provides consistent, compassionate care so families can take a break with confidence.

    Behavioural Intervention

Our Behavioural Intervention services focus on building skills, supporting communication, and promoting positive behaviours. Working closely with families, we tailor strategies to each individual’s needs and strengths, creating structured routines and meaningful activities. Our goal is to empower individuals, reduce stress for families, and help clients thrive in both home and community settings.

Our Team & Training

At Woodley Care Services, our team is made up of compassionate professionals who are committed to providing safe, reliable, and individualized support. Every staff member completes Safety Management and Non-Crisis Intervention – Behavioural Management Training, equipping them with the skills to respond calmly, respectfully, and effectively in any situation.

Our training ensures that staff can prevent and de-escalate challenging behaviours while promoting dignity, independence, and inclusion for every client. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are supported by workers who are both caring and prepared.

Our Behavioural Interventionist Chris Evans, Behaviour Interventionist, specializes in behaviour management and skill development. Chris works directly with families to design personalized strategies, ensuring each plan is evidence-based, goal-oriented, and tailored to the individual’s strengths and needs.
